Below is a plot of the data and best fit to the two regions. The Black markers represent the data from the Thick Neck region which were used in the fit. Blue markers are measurements from the Thick Neck region that were not used in the fit. Likewise, the Red markers are the fitted data from the Thin Neck region and the magenta points are Thin Neck measurements which were not used in the fit.
Note that the blue dots which were excluded from the fit likely represent the transition from surface tension to viscosity dominated regimes. Data excluded from the Thin Neck region (red markers) are where the width of the neck is one or two pixels.
