How this lab runs is semi-dependent on whether or not the students have seen moments of inertia in lecture.  As designed it assumes knowledge of the basics and the lab is an exercise in figuring out how to apply the theory to the problem. 	*  IoLab device for each station.
		*  Check that dongle is properly paired with device.
		*  Check that batteries are at least 2.8V in software.
		*  No accessories needed in the box.

	*  One pair of hoops that fit over body of IoLab device.  Hoops are cut from a cylindrical shipping tube and just happen to be about the correct size.  I cut them approximately 3/4</description>
