• Tall poles on table clamps (at least one per station)
• Ring stands (at least one per station)
• Tape (a couple rolls)
• Balances (two per room)
• Masses (round w/ hole in the middle)
• Mass clips
• String
• Scissors
• C-Clamps (at least one per station)
• 90-degree clamps (at least two per station)
• Rods (at least two per station)
• Mixed box of “oscillator parts”
  • Rubber bands
  • Bouncy balls
  • Wire
  • Big springs
  • Small springs (not the 1“ ones used in part 2)
  • Flexible metal mesh
  • Round PVC cylinders
  • Binder clips (big and small)
  • Googly eyes

Part 2:

• Box of 1” springs
• Extra parts:
  • Lab Quest Mini and USB cable
  • LQM Digital to telecom adapter
  • Rotary encoder (w/ wood or metal stand)
  • Telecom wire (rotary encoder to LQM)

Nothing should be on the table top at the start of the period, but above each station (on the reagent shelf) place the following (to be used in Part 2):

• LQM w/ USB cable and telecom to digital adapter (plugged into DIG1)
• Rotary encoder on wood or metal stand

Students should not yet have the 1“ spring. (We don't want those mixed up with the generic springs from part 1). TA will pass out the 1” springs when Part 2 begins.
